Job Summary

To work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team in the area of architectural and interior design and development.

Lead a team of junior architects in design development.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop initial design concepts that align with client requirements.
  2. Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
  3. Collaborate with clients to refine design plans and incorporate feedback into project development.
  4. Conduct research on architectural trends, materials, and technologies for informed design decisions.
  5. Present design proposals and communicate ideas effectively to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  6. Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
  7. Identify materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design, budget, and sustainability factors.
  8. Document design processes and maintain project records for future reference.
  9. Participate in project meetings and provide technical insights during the planning and construction phases.
  10. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and integrity.
Requirements
  1. An architecture graduate (B.Arch) with 4 to 6 years of experience, of which at least 2 years as an Architect with proven skills.
  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks with varied deadlines.
  3. Ability to compile project specifications, with good knowledge of building products, quality standards, construction rules and regulations.
  4. Effectively cooperate and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
  5. Proficient in design software; follow architectural trends and development.
  6. Self-starter with leadership and organisational skills.
Job Summary

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with architects and engineers to understand design and drawing requirements of construction and interior projects. Produce detailed technical drawings, review and modify existing drawings, conduct site visits, mentor junior draftsmen, and maintain project documentation.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare accurate working drawings from hand sketches, concept/scheme designs and 3D models.
  2. Read architectural designs and produce test-fit layouts, general arrangements and detailed drawings.
  3. Coordinate with consultants – structural, MEP, etc., for design integration.
  4. Coordinate with vendors and contractors during design execution.
  5. Create and update the project drawings list on a regular basis.
  6. Thorough review of drawings before being sent to the execution team.
  7. Assist in preparing BOQ and material specifications.
  8. Create, modify, archive and control revision of drawings.
  9. Conduct site visits to collect data and verify that project drawings align with construction requirements.
  10. Understand project status and accordingly plan the drawing deliverables schedule.
  11. Maximise the quality and productivity of design/drawing deliverables.
Requirements
  1. A diploma holder in architecture or civil engineering having 8 to 10 years of drafting experience in architecture and interior projects.
  2. Strong understanding of drafting standards, building codes and construction methods including false ceiling, flooring, tiling, carpentry, fixtures and furniture.
  3. Strong problem solving skills and work under deadlines.
  4. Proficiency in Autocad; competent in Sketch-up and MS-Office applications.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and mentor junior staff.
  6. Effective presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
Job Summary
  1. Responsible for the successful execution of all activities at the assigned site.
  2. Primary point of contact for all site-related matters.
  3. Oversee contractors and coordinate with stakeholders.
  4. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  5. Drive project completion within budget and schedule.
  6. Work location is project-based, anywhere within South India.
Responsibilities
  1. Site: Oversee all on-site operations – managing logistics, material flow, and equipment utilisation.
  2. Contractors: Manage the work of various contractors as in contractual obligations, safety regulations and project timelines. This includes monitoring contractor’s performance, dispute resolution and invoice approvals.
  3. Stakeholders: Build and maintain a strong relationship with local authorities, contractor’s and internal teams.
  4. Planning & Execution: Implement site-specific project plan, schedules and allocate resources accordingly. Monitor progress against project plans, proactively address deviations and escalate complex issues well in advance.
  5. Quality and Safety: Implement quality control procedures to meet the required standards and specifications. Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers are trained and equipped.
  6. Communication: Provide regular updates on progress, challenges and risks. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. Conduct regular site meetings to discuss progress and address issues.

The ideal candidate could be a qualified civil engineer with 5 to 8 Years of site work experience in residential and commercial projects – civil and interior works.
